Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Logwo ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. License Grant

Upon payment of the applicable one-time license fee, Logwo grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the platform for your internal business operations. This license covers the number of users specified in your plan.

You may not sublicense, resell, or redistribute access to the Service.

3. Cloud Hosting Fees

In addition to the one-time license fee, you will be billed monthly for cloud hosting based on your actual resource consumption. Cloud fees are calculated based on your monthly usage — see our Pricing page for details. We will notify you at least 30 days before any rate changes.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable export laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code
• Use the Service to send spam, phishing, or fraudulent communications to vendors
• Upload malicious files or content that could harm the platform or other users

5. Your Data

You retain ownership of all data you upload to Logwo, including vendors, RFQs, shipments, and documents. We will not use your data for any purpose other than operating the Service. You may export or delete your data at any time.

6. Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime. Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance. We are not liable for losses resulting from temporary unavailability.

7. Limitation of Liability

Logwo is a management and communication tool. We are not a freight carrier, forwarder, or customs agent. We are not liable for the outcome of freight transactions, vendor performance, or any logistics decisions made using our platform.

Our total liability to you for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for your license in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time. Upon cancellation, you may export your data within 30 days before it is permanently deleted. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Dubai, UAE.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Service after notice constitutes acceptance.
