Pricing FAQ
How does the founding cohort pricing work?
We set a custom price for your tenant based on users, lanes, and expected volume. In return you get priority onboarding and direct influence on the roadmap.
Is Logwo a marketplace?
No. Logwo is a private RFQ portal for your registered vendor network. You invite and manage your own forwarders.
Where is data hosted?
AWS (me-central-1). Storage is encrypted (S3). Database isolation is enforced by PostgreSQL Row Level Security.
Can we export our data?
Yes. CSV exports are available for RFQs, bids, and awards. API/webhooks are planned.
What’s the cancellation policy?
Month-to-month for standard tiers. Founding cohort terms are customized and agreed in writing.
