Logwo was built to help shippers — importers, manufacturers, and e-commerce brands — compare freight quotes efficiently and manage their full shipment lifecycle in one place. That has not changed.
But freight does not happen without forwarders.
Every competitive quote on Logwo comes from a freight forwarder or carrier who received the RFQ, understood the requirements, and submitted their best rate. The platform only works because forwarding companies participate. And for a long time, we kept that participation as frictionless as possible: receive an email link, fill in a form, submit. No account, no registration, no barrier.
That remains true. What has changed is what you can build on top of it.
The Logwo Vendor Directory
Any freight forwarder or carrier can now apply to be listed in the Logwo vendor directory — completely free.
Your listing includes your company name, primary contact, freight modes you operate (FCL, LCL, air, road, courier), trade lanes you serve, service capabilities (customs clearance, door delivery, dangerous goods, temperature control), and any relevant certifications.
When a shipper on Logwo is building an RFQ and looking for vendors to invite, they search the directory by mode and lane. Your listing puts you in front of shippers who are actively looking for exactly what you offer — without cold calls, without unsolicited emails, without a sales team.
To get listed: email vendors@logwo.com with your company details. Listing is reviewed and approved within 2 business days.
Optional Vendor Accounts
For forwarders who want more than just inbound invitations, vendor accounts are now available — and they are free.
A vendor account on Logwo gives you:
Quote history. Every RFQ you have submitted a quote on, across every shipper client who uses Logwo, in one place. Search by date, lane, or mode.
Win rate analytics. See your acceptance rate broken down by trade lane. If you have a 72% win rate on Shanghai → Rotterdam FCL and a 23% rate on Dubai → New York air freight, that is actionable information. Double down on what is working. Re-examine your pricing where it is not.
Performance scorecard. Shippers can rate your performance after a shipment: transit time accuracy, communication quality, and claim resolution. Your scorecard is visible to new shippers in the directory — high-performing forwarders appear higher in recommendations.
Portable profile. You register your company once. Every shipper who invites you to an RFQ sees the same verified company profile automatically. No re-entering your trade lanes for every new client. One registration, used everywhere.
What This Means in Practice
Before vendor accounts, the experience for a forwarder was: receive email → click link → fill form → submit. Repeat for every new shipper client. Each interaction was stateless — there was no continuity, no history, no way to know how you were performing across your Logwo clients.
Now: a forwarder who creates a vendor account can see at a glance that they have submitted 47 quotes this quarter, won 31 of them (a 66% rate), their strongest lane is Jebel Ali → Rotterdam, and their average response time is 3.2 hours. That data helps you make better decisions about which RFQs to prioritise, which lanes to invest in, and how your service compares to what shippers expect.
For shippers, vendor accounts mean something different: vendors in the directory are real, registered businesses with verifiable histories and performance data. Inviting a vendor from the directory carries more confidence than inviting someone from a business card you got at a trade show.
Staying True to Zero-Friction Participation
One thing we want to be clear about: vendor accounts are optional, and they will stay optional.
If you have been submitting quotes on Logwo for two years without an account and you want to keep doing exactly that — fine. Nothing changes for you. Your email link still works, your quote still arrives in the shipper's comparison dashboard, and there is no pressure to register.
Vendor accounts exist for forwarders who want more visibility into their own business. They are not a gate.
Getting Started
To get listed in the vendor directory: Email vendors@logwo.com with your company name, trade lanes, freight modes, and a contact email. Listing is free. Approval takes up to 2 business days.
To create a vendor account: Go to logwo.com/vendor/signup. Registration takes about 5 minutes. You will be prompted to complete your company profile — capabilities, trade lanes, certifications — which then serves as your portable profile for all future Logwo interactions.
To continue submitting without an account: Nothing changes. Your shipper clients invite you the same way they always have.
Logwo is freight management software for shippers. Freight forwarders and carriers participate for free. Learn more at logwo.com/for/vendors.
