The shared logistics inbox is a fixture of most freight teams. One email address, one password, passed around the operations and procurement team. Someone accepts a quote without telling the manager. A junior user accidentally closes an RFQ that was still collecting bids. And when you need to know who agreed to that $14,000 sea freight rate — nobody can say for certain.
Logwo's team access system is designed to solve this without adding complexity.
Three roles, clearly defined
Every team member you invite to Logwo gets one of three roles:
Admin has full access to everything — organisation settings, vendor management, team member invitations, all RFQs, and all reports. Assign this to the logistics manager or platform owner.
Manager can create and send RFQs, submit and accept quotes, upload documents, and view all shipments and analytics. This is the working role for anyone actively moving freight.
Viewer has read-only access. They can see RFQs, quotes, shipments, documents and analytics — but cannot take any action. Useful for finance teams who need spend visibility, or senior management who need a dashboard without accidental changes.
How invitations work
From the Team Settings page, Admins enter a colleague's email address, select their role, and send the invitation. The invited user receives an email with a link to set up their account. No account management burden on your side — they handle their own login setup.
Each plan includes a fixed number of seats: Starter has 2, Business has 5, Enterprise has 20. Additional seats are available as a one-time purchase at $49/seat — not a monthly fee.
The activity log
Every meaningful action in Logwo is recorded in the Organisation Activity Log:
- Who created each RFQ
- Who sent it to vendors
- Who accepted the winning quote
The log is searchable and filterable by user and date. This isn't just an audit trail for compliance — it's a practical tool for handoffs and accountability. When a logistics manager is on leave and a shipment needs attention, the next person can immediately see the full history of every decision made.
Why this matters for freight teams
Freight decisions have financial consequences. A quote acceptance commits budget. A missed deadline costs demurrage. Choosing the wrong vendor on a time-critical shipment has downstream effects across your supply chain.
Role-based access creates clear ownership without requiring constant coordination. The Manager who accepts a quote is the one with the context to make that call. The Viewer in finance gets the spend data they need without any risk of accidental changes. The Admin controls which vendors are invited and which team members have access.
Most freight teams that move to Logwo find within the first month that the accountability the activity log creates changes how the team operates — not because anyone is being monitored, but because the record of decisions reduces ambiguity in every handoff.
Which plan includes team access
All paid plans include multi-user access. Free is limited to 1 user. If your team has grown beyond what your current seat count covers, additional seats are available at $49/seat as a one-time purchase from your account settings.
